Greetings, Topeka First UMC,

What a joy it was to worship with you this past Sunday! There is something deeply renewing about gathering as God's people. Through inspiring music, our time with the children, meaningful worship, and the wonderful fellowship we share, God continues to encourage and strengthen us for the week ahead.

As many of you know, Pastor Brad is away on vacation this week. We are grateful to welcome Retired UMC Pastor Tony Hazen, who will be leading us in worship. His message is titled, "No Quick Fix for the Soul" and is based on Romans 6:1b - 11. Together, we'll reflect on the amazing gift of God's grace and the new life we are given through Christ.

I hope you'll make plans to join us this Sunday at 8:15, 9:30, or 10:45 a.m. If you're traveling or unable to worship with us in person, we'd love to have you join our livestream at 9:30 or 10:45 a.m. To help hand out bulletins or serve communion on Sunday mornings  please use this link.

As you move through the days ahead, may you be reminded that God's grace is never earned, never exhausted, and never withheld from those who seek Him. May the Lord bless you with peace, surround you with His love, and strengthen you for all that lies before you.
