Come experience the joy of Easter Worship at Topeka First United Methodist Church!

On that first Easter Sunday morning, Mary was devastated to realize the tomb was empty, but as she experienced the presence of the risen Christ, her sorrow turned to celebration. We’ll celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, the good news it is for all people, and the invitation it includes to those who would make and live the decision to follow Jesus.

8:15 & 11:00 a.m. – Uplifting traditional service in the Sanctuary featuring choir, brass, and bells, culminating in Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus.”

9:30 a.m. – Joyful praise service in the Chapel led by our band, featuring today’s Christian music. Children will check in for Sunday School as usual, then their classes will move to the Celebration Room at 10 a.m. for the Easter Egg Hunt.

10:00 a.m. – Easter Egg Hunt on church grounds. All children are welcome!

Children are always invited to worship with us. Activity bags can be found at the entrances to the Sanctuary and Chapel, and nursery care is available for age 5 and under for your convenience. All are invited to enjoy refreshments in the Celebration Room in-between services.
